I easily managed to meet my target of 500 chapters and just managed to reach 700 chapters. I read a lot of series, 17 in total. 8 of these were totally new to me and a lot of the other chapters were different story lines from their anime counterparts. I now have to watch all the new series which I just read, which may take a while.

Out of the series I read this week, the one which I liked most due to the plot was Gokukoku no Brynhildr. After reading, I found out that it was made by the same author as Elfen Lied and deals with similar topics; the girls are controlled by humans and have special powers.

The series which I most liked due to the comedy was Watashi ga Motenai no wa Dou Kangaete mo Omaera ga Warui! – many of the events within I could relate to. The anime is out soon, I hope it gets a good abbreviation by then.

Lots of short series to finish off: Dracu-Riot!, Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica – The Different Story, Watashi no Tomodachi ga Motenai no wa Dou Kangaete mo Omaera ga Warui, Gokukoku no Brynhildr and Iris Zero.

Dracu-Riot!: Finished all 13 chapters. The story is about a guy who gets turned into a vampire and so joins the police force as part of the vampire unit.

Here is the opening from the game:

If the video has expired, comment and I will try to replace it.

Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica – The Different Story: Completed 12 chapters. This is another branch of the story where Mami and Kyoko meet before the events of the original story, to fight witches ~

Watashi no Tomodachi ga Motenai no wa Dou Kangaete mo Omaera ga Warui.: I read 4 chapters. This is a spin off from Watashi ga Motenai no wa Dou Kangaete mo Omaera ga Warui! which has a 4koma form and follows the same style.

Gokukoku no Brynhildr: Managed to get through 46 chapters. As part of a secret government experiment, magicians have been created by implanting aliens into girls. These girls gain powers but also become reliant on a drug – without it they die within days. Some of these girls manage to escape but they then have to survive and not get captured once more.

Iris Zero: Only read 18 chapters so not all the way through yet. The story for this is that children are now born with powers called Iris, one example being able to see when people are lying. The main character however does not have any Iris powers.

700/700 – mission complete, summary to follow ~
